OscarWorks is a research and IP platform built around one question: what does it take to build an organization that compounds? Its contribution is a framework honest enough to be useful and rigorous enough to last. Based on timeless patterns and hard-won lessons, built for AI operating conditions, and for the leaders of the future.
Oscar Wang is an operator, practitioner, and researcher. She has spent twenty years inside organizations — building them, scaling them, and helping them find their footing when growth stalled or direction got lost. Central roles at Bounteous and Prophet. F500 and PE-backed companies. Cross-cultural transformations across the US, Europe, and Asia. The kind of work where you are accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations.
That experience left her with a persistent question. Among all the things that determine whether growth compounds or quietly erodes — what are the patterns a leader can actually control? What is timeless, what is new, and what has the playbook most of us inherited gotten wrong?
She is now doing the work to find out. Doctoral research at the University of Michigan. Writing and publishing. Building a framework — Virtuous Organizations — that distills the patterns honestly and gives the next generation of leaders something better to build on than what was handed to us.
The next generation needs to know better, do better, and move faster than we did. They deserve honest lessons — not the polished and performative ones.
That is what this work is for.
